Application in prescribed form is to be submitted to the Bank.
Signature should be made in the presence Bank's officer/manager
Illiterate customer should affix his/her thumb impression on the account opening form in the presence of approved witness who is known to the Bank. Approved witness has to attest his signature in the presence of Bank's officer/manager.
Customer is to be introduced by an existing account holder who should have become account holder of our bank six months and above and who has satisfactorily transacted with our bank compiling KYC requirements.
Every account holder will be required to give specimen of his/her signature for record in the presence of an officer/manager of the Bank, at the time of opening of the account.
All cheques and letters to the Bank must be signed strictly in accordance with the specimen signature submitted to the bank.
