New Car Loan

| Repayment Period | Maximum 36 months |
| Rate of interest | For car personal use -11.0% P.A Interest at monthly rest. Subject to change at the discretion of Bank |

| Guarantee | Two guarantors who are regular members of our bank. |
| Security | Hypothecation of car. |
| Insurance | Bank will insure car every year debiting loan account. Insurance is for full value with Bank clause. |
New Vehicle Loan
| Purpose | For Purchase of new vehicle of four wheelers and above. |
| Loan Amount | 75 % of Quotation of car (Basic price + Insurance + Registration charges) |
| Margin | 25% |
| Repayment Period | Maximum 60 months. |

Mortgage Loan
| Purpose | For business development, Property purchase, Repairs of property, Education, Personal requirements etc., |
| Loan Amount | 60 % of value of building and site. |
| Margin | 40% |
| Repayment Period | Maximum 120 months. |

| Security | Registered mortgage of property. |

Cash Credit Loan
| Purpose | For business development |
| Loan Amount | 60 % of value of building and site. 90% of Fixed deposit amount. |
| Margin | 40% , 10% |
| Repayment Period | One year and renewable every year. |
| Rate of interest | Interest will be charged every month. Subject to change at the discretion of Bank |

| Security | Mortgage of property, Lien on Fixed Deposit. |
